Automatic patch Simple Dual Sheath's XPMSSE Left Hand Sheath Rotation Fix option without overwriting/editing skeleton file

Simple Dual Sheath has this option
This is changed as follows
before
after
but it's a skeleton nif file
so if the skeleton of the path is overwritten by another skeleton mod like NIOPA
or if your character don't use the skeleton of that path due to some mods
or if you want to use it for added/replaced followers/npcs
it's no longer compatible
To solve it, use the Mu Skeleton Editor to patch it automatically
