This mod replaces almost all the standard animated banners in the game with rainbow flags. Not very lore-friendly, but fun to use and brings some extra color to Skyrim.
The mod is esl-flagged.
The flag is part of my modder's resource Flags Resource if you want to use it or any other flag for your own mods.
