This is an updated categories.dat file for use with Mod Organizer 2 it expands on the original by adding many new subcategories you can use to organize your mods.
- Permissions and credits
To use this file extract it to a folder, then open Windows Explorer, highlight and delete the text in the bar. Type %appdata% and press enter. You will see
Appdata followed by Roaming. Click on Appdata. Click on Local and then you'll see the ModOrganizer folder. Drop the categories.dat file into the
Skyrim Special Edition folder you see there. Click yes to overwrite. If Windows refuses to overwrite, make sure Mod Organizer is not running and try again.
