Thanks for the highlight S.Silin (Ikari)!

An aesthetically pleasing yet functional home built into a waterfall. The home contains a stable, entry room, greenhouse, kitchen/dining room, blacksmith crafting area, bedroom, and a fish hatchery. A small iron ore mine is accessible from the home as well. It's located near the fallen tree bridge (map icon shown in the pictures).

The entry room contains 2 mannequins, 3 display chests, 2 strongboxes, and a chest.
The greenhouse contains 4 planters with 4 soil mounds in each, 9 strongboxes, a chest, and an alchemy lab.
The kitchen/dining room contains a cooking spit, an oven, and a chest.
The blacksmith crafting area has a smelter, forge, armor bench, weapon grinder, tanning rack, a chest, 2 mannequins, and 6 weapon racks.
The bedroom contains 2 mannequins, 3 display chests, a bookshelf, dresser and chest, 2 strongboxes, and 3 weapon plaques.
The fish hatchery allows for clams to be grown, as well as small critter fish and salmon (didn't include slaughterfish b/c there would be no way to kill them).
Lastly the mine, aka Fallen Tree Cave, has 6 iron ore veins and 2 loose iron ore in the cart.

The entire place is navmeshed as well. I haven't included anyway for the player to officially own this home. I was thinking of adding an NPC already living there who would be willing to sell you for an undetermined amount of septims. If there is enough demand for this feature then I'd willing to do it. But for now all you have to do is walk in and settle down. I'm also open to suggestions, constructive criticism, and requests. This is my first mod, I've had some experience playing around with the TESCS and CK in the past although I've never released a mod.

When I took the screenshots for this mod I was running these fantastic mods:
SMIM
Vivid Weathers
ELFX
SFO
Verdant
RW2
Skyrim 2017
Best reshade with no performance loss: Clearview

Currently running an i7 2600k @ 3.4 GHz, 8gb RAM, GTX 980, and an SSD

*I've noticed some FPS drop (still playable) near the waterfall at the top where the crafting area is located and also at the bottom where the fish hatchery is. I can understand why there would be a FPS drop at the top with all the objects and lights/fxs but the FPS drop at the fish hatchery doesn't make sense.

After cleaning the mod I haven't really experienced any noticeable FPS drop.
