Diversifying Skyrim is an NPC immersion overhaul, it combines the original Skyrim mods:

Baby Mommas

Knocked up
Fat Bastards

No....seriously....where do babies come from? Every village in Skyrim has kids running around, there's even an orphanage, where you can adopt these mini-people. So where are they coming from? SPOILER ALERT..... it ain't from the cabbage patch, or the stork. This mod will add several pregnant NPCs to Skyrim.  Some are existing NPCs, others are new, Bandit and Forsworn camps now feature pregnant females as well.  All feature a new "Knocked Up" body mesh, and clothes that have been converted to fit.  Each new NPC has been placed by hand, meaning no level list have been altered. Existing NPCs have only had their apperances altered, nothing more. This mod does not affect your PC in any way, your installed meshes/textures will remain untouched. Since NPCs were outfitted/placed by hand, no elders/children will appear as pregnant, also this prevents entire camps of pregnant bandits/forsworn.  So far about 30 NPCs are included in the mod, If the mod does well  I may update it to add more. Please leave any feedback/questions in the comments section.

Baby Mommas, is an NPC/Immersion overhaul.

The goal of this mod is to further add to the illusion of Skyrim's life cycle:

Children
Men
Women
Elders

This was the order, then came "Knocked Up", pregnant women were added to the mix.
But, this still left a major hole, this mod aims to fix that.

This mod will finally add babies to Skyrim, about 15 of them.
Five of them are children of existing Skyrim NPCs, the rest are divided between new NPCs
I've added, and of course Bandit/Forsworns NPCs.

The NPCs which appear in Skyrim by default, have not been altered in any way, they still use their same AI packages, and function as they normally do. The new ones I've created, have AI packages added to them, so they will blend in more smoothly. The Bandit/Forsworn class NPCs, all have non-combative AI, so they will not engage you in combat, but they are not flagged as essential, if you are careless (or evil) they can be killed.

You're probably wondering; How does this work, What does it really do?

So here's a brief overview.

These "babies" are not NPCs, think of them as the birds or insects in Skyrim.
They're there just for looks.
I did this by adding their body meshes to their mothers clothes.
So basiclly it looks like a woman carrying a newborn in her arms.

By now you're thinking; OK this will look stupid and immersion breaking in game.
Not really.

I did this in a way which blends in very well with gameplay, animations are not added or altered,
so FNIS isn't required.

Almost all animations work perfectly, even 90% of combat animations work very well... (but 90% isn't 100% that's why  the affect NPCs do not engage in combat, and why using this on PCs isn't intended)

I can try to describe it, but it's not going to click until you see it yourself.
Try it out, and enjoy.

Sweet Rolls, Mead, Pies, Red Meat.... yeah, the average Nord's diet doesn't exactly match up with his physic.

Thanks to Shinji72 for video.

This mod will add several Fat NPCs to Skyrim.  Some are existing NPCs, others are new. Bandit and Forsworn camps now feature Fat NPCs as well.  All feature a new "Fat Bastard" body mesh, and clothes/armors that have been converted to fit. Each new NPC has been placed by hand, meaning no level list have been altered.

Existing NPCs have only had their apperances altered, nothing more. This mod does not affect your PC in any way, your installed meshes/textures will remain untouched. Since NPCs were outfitted/placed by hand, no elders/children will appear as fat, also  this prevents entire camps of fat bandits/forsworn.
