there is a "book" in your junk section of the inventory, where crap like the dragon claws and things are kept, look for an item called Attributes. click it then exit the inventory, that will bring up the related skills and perks
Are you running any other mods in the video, or are the graphics we see part of the mod? Is it possible to play it in 1st person? Which version number is it for?
It looks fantastic; I will be bookmarking this and will definitely check it out later :)
Mage robes don't appear to change your mana regen when you have some intelligence that gives you base regen. Are there any ways to add more regen besides your starting attributes?
edit: Whatever method you're using to disable magicka regen seems to have disabled the effectiveness of any sources of % increased magicka regen, making a lot of buffs worthless like the malice attribute. If this is an error in my setup let me know.
From the youtube video you post makes the mod look cool, the issue I have with mod is due to the fact I have the latest Skyrim update. When you go to your book it opens up the custom menu you have for the perks for each book, for me the games doesn't let me open up into that menu. Yes I do have the required mods in place, but unfortunately I can't run this mod. Once custom menu mod is fully updated I would be able to enjoy this mod. Yes I have tried to lower the game version in the past but hasn't worked at all for me. Update I downgraded my Skyrim to 1.6.140 long story short update ruined my mods, so I reinstalled the game its a good mod hands down. Works beautifully with my other mod called Custom Skills Menu I'll link it if anyone wants it. The mod is great overall, the perks it adds makes the game feel like a RPG. For I want to learn new spell you got to work for it, and what I mean is that fact that you need to level up your wisdom perk to wisdom 2 in order to learn spell. It feels like your actually achieving something for yourself and feels rewarding, also the perks are decent. My favorite perk is Ronin perk since it buffs you up if you don't like playing with parties, and rewards you for doing so. One thing I do like its more challenging, and is compatible with SCAR, and SkySA combat behavior mod. I tested all three mods together and they complement each other perfectly and haven't gotten any bugs thus far. With all three mods the Ai actually ambush you and surround you like in real medieval situations you see in anime or movies or what you read in the past history during that era. I had one archer hiding/taking cover behind a rock, one dude bum rushed me while I had two more archers trying to pick me off, and was dodging arrows trying to kill the archers. Its a must have to add and again from my mods that I have and 3 Ai mods there wasn't any bugs, instead they literally improved each other and the Ai enhancements makes the game more alive. Overall the Mod should get more attention along with getting SkySA, SCAR, and Romance Dawn. Even if you don't like that Japanese style mods what it add alone and perks that it gives you is more than enough, I also have the experience mod included. Keep up the good work

If I can't get the attributes screen to pop up after activating the book, what could be the cause? Just updated to AE, so may have missed something.
Update: Found the problem, it's the "Custom Skills Framework" mod that needed updating.
Thank you.
