This small ESL flagged mod makes Adamant's enchanting perks for scrolls work on staffs too.

The Adamant and Mysticism mods allow you to increase your magic skills (Alteration, Conjuration, Destruction, Illusion, and Restoration) by using staffs. The staffs will also benefit from perks in the corresponding skills.
This is all well and good, but I play with the "Static Skill Leveling" mod, which means that my skills will not increase naturally. I did not want to be forced to raise, for example, Destruction and put perk points into it, just to increase the potency of my "Staff of Fireball" (or any other magic school).
That is why I tweaked the Adamant perks "Seeker" (1/2) and "Scribe" (1/2) to also enhance staffs.
This should work with staffs from other mods too (I haven´t tested every mod on the nexus - obviously). I can confim that it´s working with staffs from mods by Darenii.
If there is anything not working as intended or if there are any side-effects I am not aware of, please let me know.
