      Basically, yes. It's an "espfe", a plugin with the .esp extension and the ESL flag, so it counts towards the ESL plugin limit.

      First time messing around with a sound mod and it's a lot easier with SRD than it would be otherwise. Thanks for helping with SRD's creation. :)
