This is a simple ESL-flagged ESP that places a Last Seed water source on the bar in the Hall of Acumen for Obscure's College of Winterhold.
This was accomplished by making a copy of the "_Seed_WellBucket_Real" activator, changing the name to "Water Keg," changing the model to "Clutter\Meadery\MeadBarrel01.nif," changing the object bounds to match those of the MeadBarrel01 static object (0001E3A3), and then creating an override record to replace the 0.69 scale mead barrel in Obscure's mod with a 0.69 scale new activatable object titled "_Seed_WaterKeg_Real."
This effectively swaps the decorative mead keg on the bar with a functional water source keg that you can use to drink water or refill water skins, just like you can with the well buckets in Last Seed when using "Last Seed - Wells Patch.esp"
Because this mod edits the "WinterholdCollegeHallofAcumen" cell, be sure to load this mod BEFORE "OCW_CellSettings.esp" so that your cell lighting preferences in OCW are not reset by this mod. This instruction is also given in OCW's Installation and Compatibility article.
