Adds craftable D&D style dice and a prototype dice bag.
The dice bag is used by clicking on it in your inventory. The dice it spawns will disappear after 30 seconds.
The meshes and textures were made by the talented and prolific modder Kanjs.
Extended Vanilla Menus is required for the dice bag script to work.
Anyone who is interested in helping to flesh these out, I'd love the help!

TODO:
- The collision physics need to be converted to use Convex Shapes -- but that's beyond my skills.
- The relative sizes are a bit off, need someone with a good sense of aesthetics to tweak that.
- The D4 texturing needs to be redone, but how to do that without making the numerals too small to see?
- Need to add more ways to spawn dice, spell or shouts or a console command or something. Ideas?
