1.11 Update:
The original 1.1 has been recalled.
Now it's fixed and this Photo Studio/Port is at 1.11.
There were broken textures (that showed up as pure red) for the ceiling and some desks. Fixed.
There was a missing texture for the back window frame. Fixed.
Minor adjustment, back window texture which is 99% obscured by the curtain was simply changed from a blue texture to a white one.
Collision data was re-done, and has gone from passable to good.
