Ever wanted to have a home like Blue Palace? well say no more i've made it although i believe it's a bit bigger than Blue Palace.

High King's Underground Palace is an interior mod that connects Proudspire Manor with the Solitude's Bards College and the Blue Palace, giving you more easier approach and a lots of area to have your followers wandering in.
Texture mod on the Latest images is called Extravagant Interiors - Solitude 4k

Anyways about the interior
It features all workbenches you'd possibly need
a master bedroom
4 Follower bedrooms filled with beds(21 beds overall).

the way to gain access to the palace without purchasing Proudspire Manor is easy, simply enter through Bards College or the Blue Palace, keep in mind that the door to the Proudspire Manor is still locked until you purchase the place.
Blue Palace court members optional file which brings following members from the Blue Palace and Bards College to serve you at Underground Palace therefore makes them to be your followers or shall i say family?.
Bolgeir Bearclaw(Has dialogue edits that indicate that he respects you now not only Jarl Elisif and overall patrols the Underground Palace as if he was the guard)
Jarl Elisif(Has Miraak's shouts and multiple spells that make her one of the most fierce Jarl's in skyrim, i'd like to see Stormcloaks try to mess with her now make sure to include her with you when you're on your way to kill Ulfric Stormcloak to hear additional dialogue. Overall you're still able to become Thane of Haafingar, she becomes your follower after you clean out Wolfskull cave)
Illdi(Quite as fierce as Elisif, but she's yours truly, no quest is attached to her now, well maybe some of the dialogues still are, that indicate that she's still part of the Bards college)
Sybille Stentor(Who is quite like Serana because she pretty much has the same spells and is a vampire but does not and will not complain about the sun, she's quite badass when it comes to combat. still possible to complete her vampire lair quest)
Falk Firebeard (has no external edits done other than quest edits to support Underground Palace as the place you can purchase the property from and wolfskull cave quest after you clean it out you can finish it by talking to him at the Underground Palace, other than that i couldn't get Potema the wolf queen quest to start the second part of it so if you're heavily into doing the entire quest, you might be better off ignoring this file)
Thane Bryling(is well potential follower and a friend nothing else)
Thane Erikur(just there cuz he's part of some important quests, he still respects you tho)
