While working on Simple Idle Animation Cycler I wanted to use vanilla clothes for the previews and realized that there are no good options for body and clothes physics. Modernize covers skirts, but then body physics were disabled because of the limit on number of bones. This mod adds support for both by separating skirts and capes from vanilla outfits into their own meshes, lowering the total number of bones on each. Polygon counts were also improved for (slightly) better visuals. Texture mapping is untouched, so vanilla textures and any texture-only replacements for them should work fine.

Covers all vanilla and DLC clothes that include skirts, plus Forsworn armor. Other armor sets are not included.
