tiny lil new cell outside riverwood, inspired by the peeno follower mod

most of my db's are alchemist goblins, so traveling around with a lil shroom to take screenshots with is perfect. i like creating lil pose zones for myself and the lovely babes at the kaidan 2 EE discord wanted this for their own load orders <333
everything is presented as is, and im socially awkward so leaving a posts tab up for a quick lil thing doesn't sound fun. if you have any problems or wanna request stuff, idk find me on discord lmao, i chill in that server i mentioned
there's two files, one of them i esl'd myself and i don't have a lot of experience with that (from what i understand its fine as long as no other esl changes the cell?) so your choice what you wanna try. i tested everything on my end and it worked and that is my level of acceptable bug testing for this. inside the file is a master esl called ckstaticsaddon, it saves me from having to statify during decorating, which i avoid like the plague. its super tiny, it doesn't do anything but it saves me from pulling my hair out on my end
