The LOTD safehouse has a few plants. 2 of them are resized trees. With some tree replacer mods these become to big. This is a patch to set their size to .3.
Should work with any tree mod and is only needed if the 2 trees(one under stairs and one in dinging room) are to big and clip.
Alternate way is to console click the tree then type setscale .3 or whatever number you want. This method thou only works for that specific play thru thou.
Place this high in your mod list best just after esm.
