I have successfully fixed the volume for my Vampire-voiced Dragonborn when in third person, but I have yet to figure out what value I need to edit in xEdit in order to increase volume of 1st person voice volume. Could you help me with what I need to edit specifically for 1st person?
Interestingly, after I updated the mod I lost all player and NPC audio - I can hear ambient sounds, but no voice lines at all. Could it be somehow related to this update? I am unable to roll back to the previous version to check as older files are not available in the Files section.
Myself and another person on FearTcb's discord were noticing excessive indoor Reverb from the player voice when playing in either VR or 3rd person.
I found that going into xEdit and reducing the "Reverb Send %" for Editor ID "SOMMono01400Player3rd" fixed the issue. For me, adjusting it from 80 to around 18 gave a much better sounding level of reverb.
Just thought I'd post this in case anyone was experiencing the same issue...
Only a couple records are changed to NPC volumes and one player volume if I remember correctly. Having NPC enhancer after completely negates part of your mod volumes for player but enhances the NPC very loudly - when compared to player. Then the opposite happens with your mod loaded after NPC enhancer.
It also adds its own adjustments outside of your mod. I took a quick look in xEdit, but I am not well versed with these audio portions to know if it is needed.
im also wondering if you could do this. for some reason, npcs go quiet when your mod overwrites, and the opposite happens when the other overwrites, so im getting either louder play character, or louder npcs, but cant have the best of both worlds

I only adjusted the "reverb".

EDIT. NVM
It comes from vanilla Skyrim.esm.
I will update the plugin
Would you consider a version that incorporates NPC Dialogue Audio Enhancer or at least a patch of sorts?
