Hi, I think your patch is for Royal Armory - New Artifacts Plugin Replacer instead of the original Royal Armory, right? Because I checked your esp in xEdit and the FormIDs are corresponding to the ones in the replacer version. That replacer version have the FormIDs compacted, so your patch cannot be used directly with the original version.
But I checked in xEdit and found your FormIDs does not correspond to the original mod, which means it is not overwriting the records it should be overwriting.
