This relatively simple little mod does no more nor less than its namesake, by replacing the vanilla werewolf mesh with a modified one which has a skull for its head. I modeled the skull myself in Blender with the sculpting tools, decimated it down, unwrapped it, and then baked down the high poly details & extra texture work in Substance painter.
The skull is textured at 2048x2048, just because I can. The werewolf textures used in the mod's screenshots is my other, much older mod "HD Werewolf Retexture", 4K version + the "Alternate blood red eye" texture which can also be found on that mod page.
