For anyone wishing to balance this mod, you can simply edit esp file in TES5Edit program and set in "spell" mana base cost equal to, let's say 100x mana per second of stopped time. Then Ctrl+S and exit, run the game.
for those who are wondering if there is a solution for the infinite stop time bug I found one, with the mod console binder : https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/54846 in the MCM menu in console binder create one with the command " setglobaltimemultiplier 1 " this command basically force the time stop to stop lol . then you can associate a keybind to the comand to make it more accessible so in game when you encounter this bug you just have to presse the key
Like many people here have said, there are times in my game when the time stop is indefinite. I have however found a solution; there's a mod that add rings that slow and stop time. Whenever I shout and time is stopped continuously, I immediately equip and unequip the stop time ring. After that, it begins to countdown the shout's time and it's goes back to normal.
I doubt you edit this any more but if possible could you make an option in the install to make it last until you shout again? id like to stop time for much longer. thanks!
Dear creator of this mod. I am greatly appreciative with the work you have put into this mod, even if it is somewhat buggy at times. I am not here to annoy you with more rabble about infinite time stop bugs, but to request a change of sound effects when using the shout.

0:44, when Dio kills Joseph, should be the sfx for only using 1 word in the shout.
1:35, when Dio dislodges his skull from Silver Chariot's blade, should be the sfx for using 2 words in the shout. (I am aware this is the current sfx for using all 3 words in the shout, however it does not sound very powerful as using all 3 words should)
1:01, when Dio stops time whilst fighting Jotaro, should be the sfx for using all 3 words in the shout. It sounds alot more powerful and should be applied to that level of time stop ingame.
I believe these sound effects for using the shout cause it to sound stronger and level with the amount of words being used. And request that you change the current sfx to these...
time is always stopping indefinitely, is there a fix to it other than the console command mentioned below? Would appreciate it, cause its actually a fun mod, would very much like to keep it but not if this bug is happening everytime
