Hitman Contracts

Objectives:

1.1:for some reason I set up the quest in such a way that the step that enables the contracts is always skipped, this should be fixed now
1.2: the above reason was not a problem at all, it turns out PSC files are useless and you want PEX instead for your scripts to work. Added FaceGenData as well because why not?
1.3: just after uploading version 1.2, I noticed the quest wouldn't actually end and you wouldn't get your reward. Fixed this and added an unenchanted version of the Classic Suit at the Bee and Barb, in the room Keerava rents you, as an additional reward for killing the final target
1.3.1: Gave one of the targets more magicka because he had very limited uses of a spell that looks cool
Additional Information:
This mod is essentially a test project so I could learn how to make quests. Most of it (weapons, textures, characters, writing) was made in a single afternoon. Then I spent about four times as many hours trying to figure out how to make a quest work. Please, someone invent a time machine so I can sink these hours into Hitman 3 instead.
Recommendations:
While neither of these mods is required for my mod to work, I feel they can improve the hitman experience:

- Retrieve your Classic Suit, Kitchen Knife and Silver Crossballer from the Bee and Barb in Riften
- Find the note to learn about your contract
- Eliminate all five targets
