Just a small, customizable tweak to the minimum and maximum chances of pickpocketing.

Tired of your maxed-out thief character failing at picking pockets 10% of the time because reasons? Me, too. So I made a small tweak to fix that.
Customizable minimum and maximum chances selectable through the FOMod installer.
This will not make your character any better at pickpocketing, it just changes the base chances in the game settings.
Since it's such a small change, the file is an ESL.
Base minimum chance options:
0%
1%
5%
Base maximum chance options:
90%
95%
99%
100%
Installation: Just select your options in the FOMod installer in your mod manager or slap ONE of the conveniently-named ESLs into your Data folder.
Will work with SE/AE. Might work with VR, but I have no clue how VR handles anything, so feel free to test it out and let me know.
