   Am I right in thinking those clothes in the screenshot aren't exactly the clothes she changes into, but will vary dependent upon the mods installed by the player? Which type of clothes does she change into?

      You are right, she changes into DLC2DarkElfCommonOutfitBlueNoHood [OTFT:0203CEEA] and how it looks depends on your mods (or lack thereof.)

      I'm afraid I can't be precise, all my armor mods are merged into a big one and many of them are stuff I brought along from LE, quite a confusing mix.
      Judging from my Nexus download history, I'm almost sure that the Dunmer clothes are from this one: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/18094
