Overhauls the interior of Severio Pelagia's home in Whiterun with a lightweight vanilla makeover, uses only vanilla assets and the esp is esl flagged so it won't take up a precious esp slot in your load order.
This is probably one of those places you.. forgot existed. Severio Pelagia plays no real important part in Skyrim and will die during the civil war regardless of which side you choose. In the many years I have played Skyrim I don't even know if I've set foot inside Severio's home before in the past.
As the owner of Pelgia farm I felt that was poorly reflected by the status of his home, as such I expanded the study room to include a new ledger as any good business man would have. The house overall has been modified to try exude some semblance of wealth compared to his peers with the addition of a whole other, much larger bedroom in his home for him to enjoy, turning his previous bedroom into a guest room; there is also the addition of a small storage section in the home piled up with crates and barrels.
The overhaul like previous ones I have released are vanilla-centric and only use vanilla assets, interior looks may vary based on any other texture mods you have installed.
