Warning: For some obscur reason the face appears "discolored" after have saved the character, so personally i'm just using the vanity mirror, pushing "done" and the "discoloration" ends.

And Skin Feature Overlays SE - Freckles Scars Birthmarks Stretch Marks Moles and More for Face and Body RaceMenu Overlays and Body Scars For Racemenu and Extended Makeup and Features for the body/head/hands scars
Also Extended Makeup and Features for the scar on the head (yes i like when there are LOT of scars)
