Reworks the Undead of Skyrim's Dungeons to offer a realistic and balanced challenge to aspiring Tomb Raiders. The changes made are faithful to the original vanilla vision and lore.

Ever feel that the undead of Skyrim's tombs are made out of thin paper and are incapable of any real harm to intruders? The incompetence of the undead in Skyrim, while very unimportant at first glance, hurts many aspects of the game, like it's atmosphere and in-game lore representation. How am I supposed to feel any sort of fear during my ventures inside Skyrim's darkest tombs when I know for certain most of the denizens pose no threat? Well with this mod, this all changes!



 CHANGES

General:

Undead are now transmitters of horrible disease! Their Rusty and Decaying weapons now have a chance to infect any living attackers with a number of debilitating diseases and illnesses.


Skeletons:


Skeletons, in Skyrim are effectively pointless additions to the game. They go down with one hit regardless of personal strength and their numbers don't make up for their lacking individual strength. Skeletons now have increased stats, a few perks to go along with their combat style, and will take reduced damage from all physical sources to further emphasize their unnatural, undead resilience. They will still be runts compared to their Armored Draugr Counterparts, but they will definetly provide the dungeon with some extra challenge.

Heavy Armor Skeleton:

An unused and very epic model of an armored skeleton has been used to represent a new, higher breed of Skeleton, they are slightly bigger and suck up alot of damage, and dish out quite a bit too. Be wary.

Draugr:


Base Draugr (weaker than restless):

Base Draugr now have larger health and stamina pools, making them more competent at their jobs: sucking up damage while something stronger kills you.

Draugr Overlords:

Base Draugr Overlords now have a natural resistance to physical damage, making them more resilient to the unprepared.

Wight and Scourge Lords:

Draugr Wight and Scourge Lords, along with having the resistance that applies to the weaker Draugr Overlords also have access to necromantic spells, allowing them to raise their fallen comrades anew.

Hulking Draugr:

Hulking Draugr are now true unhinged, noxious beasts of the tombs, holding over an immense health pool,Unrelenting Force Immunity, frenzied AI, resilience, basic shouts and poisonous weapons. They shall take all your efforts to bring down.

Death Lords:

Death Lords are now true juggernauts of the crypts, having an even stronger resilience than the Scourge, Wight and Overlords. They possess Necromantic Spells and Greater Shouts than their Inferior Counterparts.

Death Overlords:

Death Overlords are now truly a terrifying sight. They possess the full unrelenting force shout, enhanced resilience, greater necromantic spells and the Marked for Death shout. It shall be a battle for the ages when encountering one.


UNIQUE:

  • The Gauldur Brothers have all been given Kits and Upgraded stats/perks to make their fights more unique.
  • The Red Eagle now has the Fire Breath Shout, and does more fire stuff in general :D
