I've always thought that the wealthier NPCs of Skyrim would have more than one outfit to wear. This mod uses SPID to distribute a variety of outfits from Apachii Divine Elegance Store and some unused vanilla outfits to wealthy NPCs. I've hand-picked the NPCs from various wikis and my own personal choice as to who is classed as wealthy and I've assigned them a keyword so they get the outfits. Of course the mod is highly configurable so you can edit the ini file to add or remove NPCs, or not use certain outfits.
With the latest version of SPID, outfits are distributed dynamically on load (as in when the NPC loads in 3D into the game, not when you load a save). I've distributed a number of outfits with a random chance which means that their outfits have a chance of changing every time they load. So when they enter a new cell or area or when you start a new session, they have a random chance to change outfit.
How to configure the DISTR file
If you don't want to change anything and are happy with the mod as it is, you don't need to configure anything, but if you want to change things, here's how.
Each NPC to get the outfits is assigned a keyword 'TypeNoble'. If you want to add or remove an NPC from the distribution list, just open the DISTR.ini file in a text editor such as Notepad and add or remove them from the list.
EG - find the line below
Keyword = TypeNoble|Olfrid Battle-Born,Proventus Avenicci (etc)
If you want to add Ysolda to the list, just put her name in the list, with a comma to separate her. If you want to remove Olfrid Battle-Born, just delete his name from the list.
If you don't like one of the outfits, just find it in the config file. EG if you don't want the Beauclair outfit just find this line;

Outfit = 0x800~DEDynamicNoblesSPID.esp|TypeNoble|NONE|NONE|M|NONE|20
And either delete both lines, or put a ; before the 'outfit' part, like this;

Bear in mind that some outfits are designed for males only, some for females only and some are unisex, so if you distribute a male outfit to a female, it might not look right or may even be invisible.
Most outfits have a 20% chance of being assigned but some of them are lower. If you want to change the percentage, again just edit the relevant line. The random chance is the last number on the line, change it to whatever percentage you want.

Outfit = 0x800~DEDynamicNoblesSPID.esp|TypeNoble|NONE|NONE|M|NONE|20 - Change the 20 to between 0 and 100.
Nazeem and Ahlam have both been assigned another keyword 'TypeNobleRedguard' and have a 20% chance of receiving the Redguard outfit.
Compatibility
If other outfit mods distribute outfits to the same NPCs, then SPID will use the last config file alphabetically. You can either rename the DISTR.ini file or delete any NPCs that you don't want the mod to distribute to.
Notes
If you see naked NPCs please check that you do not have another mod that is trying to change their outfit. If you don't and they're still naked, please report this on the SPID mod page.
Please bear in mind that all this mod does is distribute outfits from another mod, any issues regarding clipping etc will need to be addressed using the outfit mod page.
