My Jordis replacer from Blooms NPCS - Housecarl Women, as a follower called Kaia. I see her as a warrior from a rich family, who is friends with the Jarl, and happens to be in Dragonsreach, but make of her what you will.

Found in Dragonsreach, Whiterun.
I would recommend BnP - Female Skin, which is used in the screenshots, but she will also look good with Diamond Skin, or similar.
The armour in the screenshots is Northgirl Armor.
