Disclaimer:
If you run multiple single patches like Lux Via, alternate start for TPOSC and Wintersun, these patches that have lots of world edit changes that cross over, will at times cause small inconsistencies. I would try placing the Lux Via patch for TPOSC last in the load order and find another start-up mod other than Alternate Start or use my built-in patches, links are below. Remember to run all TPOSC patches within the advised load order structure allowing for these cross-overs for patches if you use them all, OK.
