Some fixes for bugs in The Great Village of Old Hroldan, plus patches for a couple of conflicting mods.

Hestra's Nest - Adjusts the position of the note Hestra's Nest places in Old Hroldan Inn to better suit the new layout of TGC Old Hroldan.
Landscape Fixes for Grass Mods - Repaints some landscape to restrain encroaching grass and fixes some landscape seams.

Bug fix details:
- Fixes a gap in Tobias's House
- Closes gaps and fixes Z-fighting in the Miner's House in Soljund's Sinkhole
- Some minor layout adjustments were necessary to get rid of all the Z-fighting. Compatiblity with mods like Lux was preserved.
