Compatiblity:
As far as I can tell there shouldn't be any compatibility issues with any of these patches, they should be fully compatible with other patches for their respective mods from the likes of Janquel & Co's patch collections and others.
As for Distinct Interiors specifically, I've not had the chance to test compatibility with these patches and Distinct Interiors myself in game, however I've made sure to try and move the items to places that don't conflict with Distinct Interiors nor places where its items have been moved to in the various patches for it (by Czasior, Janquel, and others). If you find any conflicting items let me know and I'll be sure to fix them.
Additional Notes:
Redbag's Morthal also needs a patch, however it's annoying to create one due to it using different alternate versions of the vanilla cells and the mod in general has exceptionally few patches available already, combined with the fact that I don't use the mod myself I can't really bring myself to make a patch for it. If you decide to make one feel free to share it and I'll host it here if you want.
JK's College of Winterhold doesn't need a patch, neither does Immersive College of Winterhold. While the JK's College x Obscure's College Patch works fine with my OCW Patch, I've not had the chance to check if the JK's College x Obscure's College subpatches on the JK's College of Winterhold Combo Patches page need additional patches, or if they still work just fine with my OCW patch on this page. As far as I can tell they're fine, but if anyone finds them to not be compatible let me know and I'll throw together a patch.
