I'm a little confused. The description box says there are no requirements but as you read down the page you find a link for "High Poly Head File Here (High Poly NPCs)". The mod is removed from the Nexus. Do you need to download High Poly heads, or that mod, to use your mod, or are you just giving credit to them. I looked up that mod on the Wayback Machine site, which is how I knew what it was. Even when you go to download your file it doesn't say it has any requirements when you start the download. Not sure if you're still making mods since this was last updated 3 years ago.
I installed this today to try it out. First thing I will say, is may not be to everyones taste. The males look a little anime-ish. Most of the females look fine. But as with other follower packs, you will find some you like and some you dont. I wouldnt say any were ugly, just unique. I plan on using this, and for the sheer amount of work that went into this I will endorse it. Thank you to the mod creator.

While it might not be strictly lore-friendly, this mod adds a lot of life to the game. Civil War battles are amazing with this mod. My favourite follower is Mikey Tanaka.

I think you can use it if you modify it to your liking with CK.
The face in the screenshot has been modified using the mod.
Basically, this mod includes the necessary files.
It works without a those weird faces.
