When I mod I like to make as many community creations fit into my game as possible without having things feel out of place. I do this by distributing select textures and meshes from various mods throughout game locations and on various NPCs. example: Community created outfits may be placed on specific NPCs. A workbench model may only appear in Storm Cloak camps where a different workbench only appears in Legion camps.

What this plugin distributes are all of the mods listed in section 17.0 of My Personal Load Order guide. Without following that section this plugin will not work for you. Give that section of my guide a look. See if you find it interesting. I list my reasoning behind why I distribute these meshes and textures how I do. Once you've decided to try this out Install all of the mods listed on my site as explained and ONLY THEN install this mod (after them). 

I've been modding this way for a long time and I thought I'd finally share my plugin. It's by no means complete. More will be added as the weeks, months and years pass. Suggestions are welcome.
