Changelogs
Version 2.0.1
Excluded "essential" NPCs from disintegration.
Version 2.0.0
Since the two fixes have different scopes and compatibilities, I have decided to separate them with an installer.
Safe to update anytime -- the only difference is that they can be installed separately.
Version 1.1.3
For some reason I had left out the "common" Corrupted Shade. Fixed.
Version 1.1.2
A final adjustment so that the dead actor fades from visibility (more or less -- SetAlpha is a bit clunky) instead of suddenly disappearing.
Version 1.1.1
Just a small adjustment to prevent NPCs with thousands of HPs from being disintegrated before actually dying.
Version 1.1.0
Fixed the magicAttachAshPileOnDeath script.
MagicAttachAshPileOnDeath fix (script only) The Disintegration perk now always uses the DisintegrationMainImmunityList as intended, no matter the target's base health. It didn't -- for example, the Dwemer constructs should have been immune from disintegration (as per USSEP addition), but I could still happily turn them to ashes (molten metal would have been fine.)
The Disintegration perk now actually insta-kills the target, even if it had more than 1,333 HPs when the fight started, instead of just converting it to ashes when it dies.
Compatible with everything, AFAIK.
--------------------------------------
Disintegrate perk fix (optional ESP-FE plugin) Scripts like defaultGhostScript, FXSkeletonNecroScript, DLC1SoulCairnCreatureFX dissolve an actor "on death" and drop some kind of pile. The Disintegrate perk's magicAttachAshPileOnDeath crumbles an actor "on death" and drops an ash pile unless its race is in the DisintegrationMainImmunityList. For example, mod-added actors with said scripts, and whose race is not in the list, drop whatever they are supposed to drop (hopefully nothing too smelly) and an ash pile -- where on earth is all that ash coming from? With this, any mod-added actor with a "ghost" script attached doesn't drop a redundant pile.
A version for Mysticism is available (not compatible with Adamant.) Not compatible with Ordinator, Adamant, or any combination of them. No compatible versions shall be made for Ordinator and Adamant.
