an immersive riekling player house for the immersive riekling race made by the amazing Abbalovesyou

This is the first player house mod I've ever made so if there's anything wrong with it let me know and I'll try and fix it
so I made a Riekling themed player home to go along with Abbalovesyou's immersive Playable Riekling mod found here http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/5513/? as most because the other player housing was a little immersion breaking and I couldn't find any other player homes mods that fit so I decided to make something myself.
it comes with crafting stations, working garden, some Thirsk Riekling follower spawns and a personal Riekling vendor. It is located in Solstheim so you'll need to unlock that to get it, also I highly recommended that you complete the Thirsk Riekling questline first as there are spawns both inside and outside the house other then that most of everything works (minus a weird thing with the book case where it would only let me place 10 books instead of 18)
as I said before this is kind of my first house mod so if there are any bugs let me know
