Valfric is a marriageable follower with the light foot perk (doesn't step in traps) He is set to be very handy with a great sword and bow and also with his four destruction spells, lightning bolt, ice spikes, fire bolt, and chain lightning.

He comes with Scaled Horned Armor, Imperial Bow, Steel Great Sword, and several hundred steel arrows. He also has musical instruments. I included those because I like the Be a Bard mod, and the take the instruments to use.
He is located in Arcadia's Cauldron in Whiterun.
