Increased the amount of soul that is absorbed with Soul Siphon from 5% to 75%. I wanted a way to have effectively unlimited enchantments that would work on modded items as well as vanilla. Tested on LOTD items. Still only works on creatures, couldn't figure that one out. Tips would be appreciated
