Removes warpaint, face dirt and makeup from any female NPC that has either warpaint or face dirt in their facetint mask. Right now it has removals for Skyrim, Danwguard, HearthFires, Dragonborn, Immersive Wenches and Deadly Wenches.

I am lazy so I just removed everything alltogether. Even though I could tolerate warpaint or dirt on bandits or falmers, I have not the time right now to google Base IDs.
