This is a version of Honeyside commissioned by my friend Jo-Cash. It's a fairly modest home but has a number of the features we most enjoy: a table you can set, different choices of carpets and tablecloths, interactive storage, convenient crafting tools outside, along with an enchanting station to upgrade your sellable items...it is also equipped with a customizable children's room for two to six children's, if you are using an adoption mod. Buy the house as usual and all the decorations. It's best to buy the Enchanting room first, and then swap it out for the children's room (note: there is no dedicated enchanting room) to properly display the changes. In the space where the stairs go down to the basement, there are also two a useful pull-bars: one causes all the furnishing to appear in case you encounter trouble, and the other causes them all to disappear. This is for trouble shooting if you add the home mid-game, or if you wish to make a clean uninstall.
Important to note though: this version is not ideal to use with "Brynjolf and the Riften Guild", as the rogue will sleep in the kitchen. The Player bed is not in the vanilla spot and this has caused problems. Instead, use "Friendly Brynjolf' or marry someone else while using this Honeyside.
