Donation Points system
This mod is opted-in to receive Donation Points
The only thing I changed other than ownership of the house is the door names, bed ownership, and stuff that someone would want to take to player ownership. You still need to pick the lock the first time you enter. It is an Adept lock as original. I did not go through everything for example the food and some clutter as that would take forever. If you wanna do all that I don't blame you. Also i did change the lighting in the cellar to a flickering light. This house could be used to house a favorite follower or a 1000th player home. That is up to you. I'm calling it the Jarl awarded it to you for clearing up the Vampire issue. Any dead bodies or ash piles can be deleted with console commands as you can see in the pictures. It is possible that Alva would live. Doing the quest without followers may be the best way to keep her alive if you care as your followers will likely get mixed up with her in the Lair.
