Replacer for sheepswirl's and thewolfescott's custom follower Nebarra by BelladonnaisRunning.
Also includes .lip files so his mouth moves when he speaks! ESPFE.

ABOUT
If you've been around Nebarra's discord server, you've no doubt seen my replacer floating around. I've finally tried my hand at modding on my own so that I could finally share this replacer for everyone. I've also generated .lip files for all his lines (at least I think I got all of them, I've counted over 1300 of them). If there's any missing, don't hesitate to tell me!
Nebarra will use whatever body you use, but keep in mind the replacer was created to be used with the HIMBO body.
The replacer has been flagged as an ESPFE, so it will not count towards your plugin limit.
