Carrys forward changes made by Requiem to non- enemy NPCs and protected them ,so they can only be killed by the player.
Did the same for those that Requiem does not touch..

Built for my own game using Requiem , Skyrim SE 1.6.640 and USSEP.
ESPFE or Nomal ESP (optional)
Load order:
USSEP
Requiem esp
Requiem Protected NPC esp
Requiem for the indifferent esp ( Important-- run the requiem patcher to install properly)
