I love the look of Skies Above weather and ENB but to my surprise the new area of ECSS looks way too bright during clear weather and you pretty much can't see anything during foggy weather. This patch simply changes that so the clear weather is a bit more de-saturated and the foggy weather will be more visible.
Just a disclaimer I did not make this at all. Kojak was nice enough to provide step by step instructions and I just simply followed what he said.
