Hey there! This was just something that I felt was worth expanding upon after I finished CoW Pillar Fix, I've put a lot of work into this to make sure that everything was perfect to the best of my abilities.
As always, I always welcome suggestions & feedback!! And if you felt that this mod helped you in any way, please remember to leave an endorsement! They definitely help in getting this mod noticed. I hope you'll like the little upgrades from this mod, and thanks for reading!

Ultimate College of Winterhold (which combines Immersive with Obscure) has a list of which other mods, it needs patches for. Enlightened COW is listed as "Minor Patch Needed: Something super minor needs to be fixed, like the placement of a book, armor, etc."
I wish a lot of things would get patched for Ultimate College of Winterhold, Like Winterhold Restored is one of my faves, but I guess there is a Navmesh issue, which I don't know how to fix navemesh.
I don't know if you are still around and modding or whatever, but I just came across this mod and I had an idea that would make this mod more "immersive". I really like the way it looks but since the college is out of favor and isn't what it used to be these days, perhaps the "lighting back up" of the College of Winterhold to this point could be a quest line, slowly adding new light sources etc. Just a thought. I might play around with the idea at some point.
Question for any knowledgeable modder. I used the Creation Kit to squish this mod into an ESL last year. Never had a problem running with my ESL'd version since. The question is: Now that ESPFE is all the rage, why doesn't SSEEdit think this one should qualify -- which is to say, this mod seems so near qualifying, what's keeping it from being made into an ESPFE?
I had a dragon fight in winterhold which caused the stupid elf guide not to light the lights. I had an intense case of OCD to get it right. THANK YOU!!! installed this mod mid save and it works perfectly fine
This mod looks absolutely fabulous, and i really do want to try it... However, i personally really enjoyed the very heavy fog in the original college. I feel it adds a lot to the "feel" of the place - it might just be my personal preferrence as a severe introvert, but i always loved extremely heavy weather that severely limits your vision as it makes me feel... Safe. Concealed. Comfortable.
I found it suited the college as it adds a physical layer of mysticism as well - this is an area of skyrim heavily plagued by weather coming in from the sea, after all. And considering the college is feared by the majority of the superstitious nords... Adds to the feeling that it is a desolate place fallen from its glory days.
Would a separate version of the mod or a patch that restores vanilla fog be very complicated to add? I have very little experience with modding skyrim myself, so i am just asking in case it might be possible.
Nothing about the mod says that it alters fog or weather (and it would be extremely strange if it did). I think the comparison screenshots were just taken in different conditions and the weather was coincidental. You can see a later screenshot has all the changes from this mod and is still in a foggy snowstorm.
Considering the Chandry mod only changes textures and this mod only adds features, they can't be in conflict. Also, the Chandry page features a screenshot that lists this mod as being used ;)
