Book in your inventory, grimoire, spell, chest and the only thing left is to put things in there. Xenia will send you the money as she makes the sales. When she finishes with one assignment you can offer her another.

Remember that Xenia is looking for the best deal for you. When you entrust a sale to him, he may take a few minutes to analyze the opportunities.

"Search your book inventory for the grimoire that contains the spell to conjure the chest. Once with the chest in front of you, you only have to fill it with what you want to sell. IMPORTANT: once closed there is no way to reopen it until all its content is sold. When all your content has been sold, you will be able to upload it again.
The MOD is tested and should be free of bugs. The math calculations were checked and are correct. The prices are a little higher than those paid by merchants. They increase as the player ranks up. Xenia's commission is for the simple effect of suffering a loss for the comfort that the MOD represents.
Accepts 128 products for multiple units. That is to say. 6 swords mean a single Item for the MOD.

If you can't find the book in your book inventory, save the game and reload it.
The MOD can be used in an already started game and removed from your MOD list
without causing damage to your game.
