So you noticed that there were no more vampire attacks after Harkon died?
Did you know there is a special event vampire attack when there is a sun-eclipse? No? - Me neither, but there is.
This mod simply changes conditions for vampire attack events removing the need of alive vampire-master lord Harkon and the need for Sun-eclipse to meet the ultimate vamp-gang of mages, hounds and gargoyles
