This is a medium/advanced tool that scans your entire load-order and generates the needed files so you can use the great xVASynth 2 - SKVA Synth to provide your player character with a voice when using the incredible Dragonborn Voice Over mod.

Please make sure that you have Dragonborn Voice Over mod ( DBVO_Base.esp ) installed in your Skyrim, or the tool will not work.

You then just execute DBVO-All.exe, and then this tool will scan your entire load-order, including the original Skyrim files.
Anew mod called DBVO-All.esp will be created in your Skyrim data folder; and a file named DBVO-All.csv will be created in the folder from where you are running the tool.

The ESP file needs to be added to your load-order.

Then, you will need to open xVASynth 2, then select the Batch Mode option, and just "throw" the CSV file there.
It will contain tell XVA to generate all the WAV files for everything that you main character is able to say with your current loadorder no matter what mods you were using.

By default, the CSV file is setup to use GERALT OF RIVIA voice, which you can download from here.
But you can specify, as a command line parameter, any other XVASynth voice model. For example witcher,w_geralt (which is the default one).
Or other such as skyrim,sk_hadvar (so your character would you Hadvar's voice) or maybe you want to go female with skyrim,sk_femaleelfhaughty (which will make your character speak as a haughthy female elf)... it all depends which models you have. You can even use voices created for other games.
Check here, here, here and here for other models. You can even download more models from XVASynth itself!

Have a look at the sticky posts for some more useful information.

There's still a lot of room for improvement for this tool, which includes support for other voices, as well as better management of "macros".
Also, to automatically convert WAV files to better compressed XWM will be added later.

...

Please be mindful that depending on your loadorder, the audio generation (with XVASynth) can take quite a while.
The vanilla games has like 6980 lines of audio for the dragonborn.
My ultra-moded game has like 63758 lines, and took like 3 hours to generate (using a GPU).

...

For people interested in generating voices for all NPCs in all your mods, I'll soon publish SKVoicer... which is a separate tool to do that.
This one only generate voice overs for the Main Character.

...

Note about the optional files in downloads:
I pre-generated a full voice-over for tha dragonborn, using Geralt of Rivia's voice for my own loadorder. It support more than 700 mods that I use. (you don't need to have all of them installed).

...

Important note: This would be impossible to exists without xVASynth (that creates the actual audio from text files) and Dragonborn Voice Over (which showed me the way to properly voice the main character of Skyrim). This tool creates the mod and necessary data files to feed those two to do the real heavy-lifting. This is not in any way an "Official Tool", so it may be bothersome to ask the author of those two mods for support about this tool.
