Compatibility patch for Requiem and Imperial Armors and Weapons Retexture.
This patch is only needed with the "Imperial Armors and Weapons Retexture SE - Falx Carius" optional addon.
- Rebalanced the armor set for Requiem values (the set will be playable, properly balanced, and has the right model)
- Temper recipes are now in-line with Requiem
