To anyone who's having trouble proceeding through Aspect of Love's dialogues. For now, I suggest just installing the latest version of the old mod that was uploaded on July 6th, 2021. Keep in mind that since it's in the old file so I highly advise you to NOT ask the mod author for support on the old file. https://i.imgur.com/jLquJ8G.png
I've set the old .1 version as the main file for now due to my lack of progress on rebuilding the lost scripts. It seems the most stable. This should help some of the confusion but be aware that the bugs with it are known! If you've got any insight feel free to PM me or toss me a message on Discord (Vain.3805)
For anyone who wishes to make this work, you'll need to type tcl on yourself, noclip into the floor, look at the aspect of love character, go to the console by pushing ` then you click on that character, type sv and look for the number at the end of the line of text that mentions the MMMarriage Quest Line and use then go outside of the Temple of Mara and type resetquest then that ID number in front of that, it will be different based on your load order, it will fix a majority of your bugs with the mod from my experience.
close console... and speak to aspect. Convo will start as if it's the first time you've chatted with the little blue f'er. cool thing is, if you have a marriage that occurred previously but MM was active at the time of the marriage, resetting that quest won't tank the 1st marriage and the Aspect of Love will reload normally like he's supposed to.
It IS compatible with Marriable Serana SE port that you'll find on the Marriable Serana mod page if you use Creation Kit to update the mod to Form 44 like a friend of mine did for me, I linked a dropbox for that version of that mod port on said mod page as well.
Said friend goes by the name of Thaumatarge who co-created the mod for Stellaris called Birch World.
this didn't totally work for me. but!! it led me to something that did work. Finish the quest in the console using "setstage mmmultiplemarriage 100" then reset it with "resetquest mmmultiplemarriage". I went ahead and moved him to the player before hand so i have no idea if you also need to do that.
FYI - This mod seems to interfere with the acceptance of quests Rare Gifts (Favor110) and Kill the Bandit Leader(Favor154). Particularly in relation to the Hearthfire expansion and Talking to the Jarl of Falkreath about the letter he sent leading to the buying of Lakeview Manor. For some reason getting married will prevent the acceptance of these quests from him (and other characters) UNTIL the 10k gold has been paid to the Aspect of Mara in the temple in Riften to activate the expanded marriage options. I have no idea why this is the case but through extensive testing have 100% determined this mod and that exact moment of getting married to when the quests would no longer be offered.
This is a very minor bug as one seems to only need to pay the fee to activate the mod options to resolve it (which I assume everyone who got the mod actually plans to do). But if anyone is in between those two events and wondering wtf you can't buy Lakeview or give a Mammoth tusk to Ysolde, hopefully this will save you several hours of frustration.
Is this compatible with marry Serana, I'm trying it but so far I get continual crashes on xbox. Does anyone know of a Multiple Marriage mod that works Currently using MFF but thinking of switching to NFF
Between this mod and Multiple Marriages SSE which is the better one to just simply have multiple spouses and have them in the same house. No fluff no bs, just multiple marriages.
same issue, apparently they change the same scripts so i don't think there will be a patch, oromance lets you have multiple spouses but i haven't tested it out yet.
I guess this is still not resolved. I was wondering why I wasn't able to adopt more than 2 children. Good thing I am not very far in this current playthrough.
I hope Someone makes a Multi-Adoption patch for this mod and the current curator is able to fix the rest of the bugs.
I was also wondering this myself. I did see a slight theoretical possibility that it can be compatible. You can forward the two different script fragments into one patch in several dialog topics. Same for the responses. In SSEEdit, you'll see these conflicts. And the quest BYOHRelationshipAdoptable delete the run once flag. Needs testing though. Think I'll skip this for myself, cuz scripts aren't my area of expertise.
