We Are Muggers - Raiders and Muggers
Raiders and Muggers will adds groups of raiders/bandit/muggers around the roads and paths of Skyrim.This will make more sense to see and meet them minding their business while you walk them passing by increasing immersion
this mod does not add competitive fight, well it does if you decide to fight them or you can just decide to let them be and see them assault others npc on the path.
Usually in single or also in groups of 2/3/4/5/6 ( 6 was the biggest i saw then they divided in 2 different paths )
All Raiders have a Chief or A Bad Ass Bandit as a leader.
heir aggression is set to neutral this means they will walk passing by if not bothered, but they will attack on sight merchants,nobles , caravans, thalmor and city guards when approaching the town.
They will cross cities paths but they will not attack citizens ( if they will not attack them ) but only guards, this reduce the risk of killing essential Npcs.
They will defend their self from any aggression ( they are part of bandit faction but some of them will attack them anyway )
you will rarelly found them also resting in a INN if there is noone to attack or mugger.
All Raiders will level in time with player
will highly suggest to use this mod along Populated Lands and roadsandTravellers of Skyrim

Installation:
Down load the file you want to use with your manager, be careful at the version
Mod is compatibile with other mods that add encounters or loot to bandits
Common Questions and Known Issue
Sometimes Raiders stops walking for a while
This is due to their command sandbox that allow them wandering or eventually stop, they will walk away in that position after a while
One of the raider is completly naked
That is an issue that can rarely happen with the scaled female armor i suggest to download this MOD
it is a nice neutral armor and very good looking add for raider ( you can also use any SPID armor of your joyce )or any other replace mod would work
Some Bandits attack Raiders
This is a trouble i have been trying to fix but it seems in game some bandits are set to attack on sight even if they are part of same faction, Raiders will randomly respond to any attack if it happens or just try to walk away
