Been wondering the same thing and I think they don't conflict at all. See, the Dragon Lairs are different from the Dragon Mounds. I didn't check in-game yet, because I want to preserve the sense of discovery for my playthrough. But judging from the respective lists:

I have reinstalled this mod a few times and have had to delete the dragon in xEdit every time, so if anyone is wondering it's in Block 1, -1 Sub-Block 4, -1 0000BA62.
Same, not sure if it's a conflict (looks fine when up close though) but when travelling to Rorikstead, I get floating nordic arches (this is with DynDOLOD).
As I reported over there, Granite Hill Massacred (perhaps the only ESLed version of Granite Hill to date) has some landscape issues with Ryn's Dragon Mounds Collection. It is still somewhat playable.

*any idea of a fix for the other white objects? I can see some Nordic Dungeon textures that are all white, in view from what objects in the mod you linked fixed.. lol
I didn't noticed that you have uploaded it on my birthday. It would be a godly gift for my game and me . Keep up the good work Ryn, you're one of the best modders we have :)
Hello,first of all thank you for making these masterpiece, but only one issue that kynesgrove's mound makes me CTD. I tried disable the great kynesgrove, or grass mod, but it still make my game quite when i' m closing the mound area. want get your mod in my load order very much,,,very want to fix it
Edit: Never mind, the CTD comes from Strongholds - Narzulbur's Spice Of Life Patch. And I fixed it. Good luck ,thank you for making these wonderful MODs
